Boarding Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of your dog's scheduled arrival will be charged for the first night's stay.

 

Holiday cancellations must be received 7 days before the scheduled drop-off in order to avoid a 2-night cancellation fee.

A 2-nights minimum stay is required during peak boarding times (holidays, school vacations etc).
